A New Year A NEW ME!

(Picture Taken By Hinckley) Nov. 2010

So HAPPY NEW YEAR ONE AND ALL! I can not explain to you how exciting it is for me to yell at the top of my lungs that it is the year 2011!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY? Because my HUSBAND, BEST FRIEND, AND HERO is coming home this year! HOLLA!

So I am not much for new years resolutions... They don't ever last.... But I do have some exciting things happening to me this year.

1. As you know I am running. I LOVE RUNNING. I actually rolled my ankle this week and I have been absolutely DEVASTATED ABOUT IT! Maybe more on that later. Despite starting off 2011 on the "injury" list I am bound and determined to hit 2 special goals for myself concerning running.
A. I am running my first ever 5K in Las Vegas the end of this month.... And that will be the first of many races this year.... Maybe even a Half Marathon. Troy and I have big plans when he gets home.... More on that later.

B. My goal in miles this year is 700 miles. Thats about 13 miles a week. I may up that or lower it as the year progresses. Before my little accident I was running 3 miles a day about 5 or 6 days a week. So in reality this goal is very attainable and I may surprise myself!

One other goal we have as a family is to get out of debt. Our goal is end of June.... That is when our expected date is to be out of debt! We are so blessed to have a stable job right now and a very supportive family. Right now we have our van we need to pay off and school loans. Its going to be FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC to not owe anybody anything!

I am going to surprise YOU, I am going to surprise my HUSBAND, and most of all I am going to surprise MYSELF. This year is going to be AWESOME! What are your new year resolutions?!

A Christmas to Remember part 3

Hinckley and Chandler woke up about the same time on Christmas. I think it was about 6 or 6:30am. And boy were they excited! We made them eat some breakfast in the bedroom before we let them loose. I was recording it on video so I didn't get much at first on camera. But I did take a ton of pictures and we had an amazing Christmas! We got to connect with Troy on webcam about 10 minutes after the boys had come out of the room. So he got to see a lot of Christmas!

Here are some fun photos of our very blessed day!

Chandler spotted his lawn mower right off the bat and Hinks spotted his garbage truck

Hinks was so excited about his stocking!

Tatie found her stocking
Chandler discovered the trains in Hinckleys stocking

Trucks that came with his awesome car carrier. I think that has been his favorite gift. Amy and Shauna gave it to him!

We were so blessed this Holiday season. Please do not think that we didn't consider the reason for the season. We really tried to make sure Hinckley understood why we celebrated Christmas. He is growing up so much and is starting to understand more each day. I am so proud of him! I hope you were all blessed this Holiday Season!

Chandler LOVES THE SWING! He screams bloody murder when we go to take him out. And he clenches the swing with his feet.

These kids were pooped after a long day of fun, they almost all fell asleep watching a movie

Friday: Christmas EVE! We all woke up and had a great breakfast. We got to webcam with Troy and I think it made his day. We all got to say HI and talk for a bit.

We said goodbye to Rob and his family and we decided to get going on some Holiday baking. I also went for a run.
