We have been pretty busy around here and I haven't had a chance to catch up on the blog or take many pictures! But here are a few....
This is my Dad pushing Chandler on the train with a broom. LOL!
This is the boys bathroom shower curtain... I needed a picture for a future post!!! Its so fun!
We were in charge of another dance. Some of these kids have mad skills!
Hinks had his last day of kindergarten! He got some awards and stuff so that will be a post on another day!
Hinks and his teacher on the last day!
My sisters were in town and we went to an award ceremony. You can't see a thing in this picture..
Or in this one...
Hinks is in the blue shirt and orange hat close to the front.
Chandler being mischievous
My sister helping the boys touch up some paint.
Chandler playing outside in our backyard.
Hinks playing in the backyard
Can you see our new sand pit? The boys love it!
CHEESE!
Did you guys see the solar eclipise a few weeks ago? IT WAS AWESOME... And I might mention that New Mexico was one of the best places to see it! This isn't a picture of the eclipse but of the sun with all the fires we have nearby!
The sun was literally red it was amazing!
Hinks received a free ice cream from cold stone for having a fantastic school year so we all ventured there to get some yummy ice cream. 1. COLD STONE IS WAY OVER PRICED! 2. COLD STONE REALLY isn't that good. 3. I cleaned up the blue ice cream about 2am the next morning... I dont think we will be going to Cold Stone for a while

Train day in ABQ
Yesterday was train day in ABQ. Chandler and I spent all morning until after lunch at urgent care. He has had a fever for 5 days. Is that odd to you? My boys have never had a fever that long! Chandler of course felt better after the doctor and the ibuprofen had finally kicked in so we headed over to the train station.
We got to tour the amtrak. It was pretty cool. I rode the amtrak by in 2009 but it was mostly at night so I didn't do much but try to sleep. But we got to see a sleeper car and the where the engineer sits!
Everything is all digital and there are a MILLION buttons
And yes... Chandler hit about 3 of them... Good thing everything was turned off!
They had a fun rock climbing wall that Hinckley tried out
He only got about half way up but I was so proud of him for trying!!!!
Chandler could have stayed there all day long....
Hinks waited in line to use a remote controlled train
It was pretty cool!
Best of all everything was free! We loved it!

photos from my phone
Here are a few pictures from my phone!
After we found out on Thursday what we were having my mom had us over for dinner and we walked in to a surprise! She had decorated with blue and green balloons and some fun gifts! It was the sweetest thing ever!
Chandler cuddling with me a few days ago...
A few weeks ago we had to run to ABQ and we stopped by to see Grandpa at work but he was in a meeting. So we decided to take a picture of Chandler and his visitors pass in Grandpas office to prove we were there!
Hinks and Chandler on their way to school!
About a month ago there was a big belt test for some of Hinckleys classmates so we went to support them. Hinckley (since he is the highest rank belt in his class) helped out. He is all the way on the left front.
When Don and Kathy and Kristin came to visit a few months ago Hinckley made these signs for their rooms! It was so cute!

Baby #3 is.....
We had our ultrasound today!!!!! Usually I am a bit nervous and stuff but last night and this morning I felt at peace.
We picked up my Dad from work and my Mom came over from her doctors appointment to watch the show!
We had a great time joking with the technician and got to see all the amazing parts working! I got 2 glimpses of the "parts" before she announced it....
So without further ado.... Baby #3 is.....
A BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was awesome! And I loved that we got to share the news with my parents right there.
At the end the technician shared that she found something what they call a "marker". She was very kind and reassuring that things looked healthy and great. My heart raced a bit while she went to get the doctor.
The doctor then explained what he saw which is called
I have more pictures but this wonderful computer will not recognize them. Oh well! I love the one on the top with his sweet little hand!

Echogenic intracardiac focus
The technician warned us about using the internet to look it up so I have only looked at the wikkipedia website.
I go back in 6 weeks for another ultrasound to check on things. The doctor asked some questions as far as further testing and to us the results do not matter so why test? We will keep this baby if it comes perfectly healthy and "normal" or if it comes with special needs.
We had a lunch date with my parents after and Troy and I talked a little about it on the way there. No tears were shed and not a lot of anxiety was expressed.
It has taken me some time to digest it. Your mind always wonders when you hear that there is a chance of something happening or being different about your baby. It actually bugged me a bit when the technician said oh this is VERY common. Yes you may see it once a month but for it to happen in 3-5% of pregnancies... Yah thats not A VERY COMMON thing. And it wasn't your child so don't tell me its normal when it isn't!
OKAY VENTING OVER! We are at peace with things and feel like the Lord is all knowing. There were no other markers found at this ultrasound (which is a good thing). I will keep you posted on any further details. I debated on whether or not to say anything in fact I didn't send out texts for a while because I debated on whether or not to say anything. But this blog is about our family and things we go through and experience so there you have it!
We do have the most perfect name picked out! I LOVE IT! It will fit him perfect. And can I just say how excited I am to have more monster trucks and dirt in my house?! As Troy says, "more boys to dote on you."
Did I mention my boys surprised me with breakfast in bed and flowers on Wednesday?! Yah that deserves a post by its self!!!!

its getting hot in here.... so have a water fight
After a long day of getting chores done and errands done we had a water fight to ease things up a bit. It was all started by me in the house.. WOOPS but it quickly got moved outside. Chandler joined us just about the time we were done and he didn't know what to think about it! He was napping while we were squirting water!
Okay my photos are all out of order and I can't figure out to fix them... So we will go in reverse....
We bought this little scooter at the swap meet a few weeks ago for $10 it was the best money spent ever!
hinks LOVES to ride his scooter to school
After our water fight and while I started cooking dinner I came out to this... Water fight overload!!!!!
No really he is passed out on the concrete
Like dead to the world!
We all had such a good time we decided to do a water balloon fight the next day. IT WAS EPIC!
