Resolution 3/28-4/3

Did I complete my 3 things on the list? YES I DID YES I DID! Ok well... My wonderful in laws helped us find good deals on hotels for California (My father in law is awesome at this) and I wrote only 1 note to a friend.... And I did clean out the VAN! YES!

This week is going to be a bit different. I turning a HUGE new leaf over tomorrow. One has to do with diet... In a week I will tell you more about it. I am nervous and exciting about this one so it will have to wait for details. And the second new leaf? My parenting.... Hinckley has struggled so much lately ( I blame it on his daddy being gone so much). Did I tell you he asked if Troy lived in Rexburg now? I need to spend more quality time with him. I have a few tricks up my sleeve... More on that later too. So there you have it friends. A different week but NEW RESOLUTION!

What else do you do on Saturday?

Well, we finally pulled Troy away from homework and went to feed the ducks! The ducks came right up and took the piece from Hinckleys hand, he exclaimed, "HE BIT ME! HE BIT ME!" I was rolling (almost on the ground) with laughter.








And we went to Reeds Dairy for an ice cream treat. And as tradition we had to go check out the cows.




And Hinks told me that this cow was playing hide-n-go-seek

Saturdays are for cleaning and fun

This is Hinckleys new favorite thing to do in the morning! Its one of my "roses". I almost bought a little more expensive juicer but that would take the fun out of doing something together with my favorite 3 year old. So we bought the cheaper one and get to make orange juice every morning together! Please ignore the incredibly messy house in the background of this picture... I told you Saturdays were for cleaning! PS LOOK AT THOSE AMAZING FLOWERS! Oh man they are breath taking! THANKS HUBS!

Chandler has been a bit fussy today, which is SO ODD for this kid but we put him in the bouncer and he fell asleep. Can you spot the drool about to fall on the floor?! LOL!

Happy THURSDAY!

My baby now officially has 2 teeth! I ordered Troys graduation present today online off ebay, any guesses to what it is????? I went to lunch with Kristin, got flowers from the hubs because I am THE LUCKIEST GIRL IN THE WORLD! Got an Easter package from my mom.... Lets see any other good news?

5 months old!

Chandler was 5 months old on Saturday and by Monday morning he had his first tooth! I have tried to get a picture of it but no suck luck! And he is already cutting the second one. He is growing, growing, growing!

Resolution 3/21-3/27

So I am a day late... and thats because I did HORRIBLE ON MY resolutions last week. The only one I stuck to? The easy one, tanning. UGH! Well, I did organize a bit, but nothing what I was hoping for....

1. Clean out the van
2. book hotels for california trip
3. Write a few notes to old friends

Are they twins?

In the previous post I mentioned that Shelly came to visit. Her mom came up from California to see her grand daughter who is about a week younger than Chandler! She took us out to lunch to Olive Garden. IT WAS YUM-O! She is the best! I seriously consider her a second mom. I LOVE the way she parents, I want to be just like her someday. She makes me laugh, OH does she make me laugh. And the best part???? She can laugh at herself and she doesn't care what other people think! She has always treated me like one of her daughters and I am so blessed to have her in my life!

Here are pictures from Olive Garden. Evelyn and Chandler thought it was pretty funny to see somebody their size. And the waitress asked if they were twins?! HA!

Shelly!

This is Shelly. She has been my BFF since 2002 when we both skipped out on freshman orientation at BYU-Idaho. We lived across the grass at the dorms, I went to her house for my first thanksgiving away from home, and we have stayed friends since. We even got to live together in Autumn Winds before I got married. She has so many talents and is so giving! I LOVE TALKING WITH THIS GIRL. We never run out of things to say. I love her sense of humor and how down to earth she is. My point in telling you this? WELL SHE IS AMAZING and I got to see her this weekend! YAHOO!

For the whole hour we got to spend with Troy on Thursday, we had a dance party. We have a lot of these in our house. Its good for our bodies and it sure feels good! Sorry the one picture is blurry... UGH silly cameras!

Resolution 3/14-3/20

WE BOOKED OUR CRUISE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Most exciting news of the week for sure! I went through my clothes, also a good thing you will see my pile in the picture below. And I did up my work out to an hour however, I fell off the band wagon on Friday. Back to the grind on MONDAY! I realized Friday morning as I was booking our cruise that my passport has my maiden name on it. UGH! And I had to completely re apply for a passport. Good bye $75 and maybe more b/c I may have to have it FAST SHIPPED which will be another $60. Good thing I realized it before we left!


For this week:
1. I HAVE TO GET MY HOUSE IN BETTER ORDER. It has been disaster city since I decided to started selling things.
2. Start counting those dang calories again
3. Start tanning for the cruise so I dont look like a lobster

Boys will be well boys

This is Hinckley trying to be spiderman. I asked him why he colored on his face when we only color on paper. His response? "Well Mom, I had to be spiderman!"


Chandler is growing up so fast! I have to be so careful where I put him down to play because he moves! He loves to play with his tongue. He laughs in his sleep and rolls all over the place!
