Christmas hearts apart that are not apart

Last year we went to the hearts apart Christmas party by myself with the boys. This year we were able to go TOGETHER! It was awesome. JUST AWESOME! I got to see some of the ladies I met over the year and made a few new friends. We were fed, made crafts and the boys were given gifts!
