I really want to start running too... my fear isn't snakes, though if we had them here like that i wouldn't go outside for ANYTHING! you're so brave! my fear is just people watching me or someone kidnapping me or something, lol. we have a nice enough neighborhood, but don't know any of our neighbors yet... i know its silly, but yeah, it keeps me inside. plus i've never been a runner before, but i want to be.... maybe hearing your experiences will motivate me to go out and do it!! Good luck w/ your running!!!
