Driving

We took our time driving to Las Vegas and Tucson. We left late and got in late but it was a good trip. I always forget how bad the Hoover Dam traffic is. We were about 4 minutes behind a HORRIBLE accident in the middle of the desert. We were stopped there for almost 2 hours. When we finally passed the crash it was 2 SUV's that had crashed head on. The SUV's were unrecognizable and there were 2 body bags along the side of the road. It was a horrible sight and it made us count our blessings and drive a little slower.  You get the know the people around you really well when you have no where else to go! We were known as the water van because we had 3 gallons of water and a 24 pack of water bottles. PLUS TONS OF SNACKS. The boys were so good for us! We hit a detour that took us in ghetto Phoenix about 9pm at night. We were so ready to get out of the van when we arrived. Here is a sweet picture of my boys sleeping... all the same way
