My Dad, Brother, his wife and 5 kids came to visit. My 2 sisters came from Boise and my mom is still here! We had so much fun playing games in the backyard, eating ice-cream and all sorts of fun! We had a Cox family reunion on the range Friday night and it was wonderful to be with everybody! Saturday we had a huge Cox family reunion with all of my Grandpas siblings offspring. There is over 1, 055 people in the Harrison & Nellie Cox family. Is that crazy or what?! We had such a nice time with family. Want to know the sad part of it all? My mom tripped on a picnic table and broke her shoulder in 2 places! It knocked her right down. We took her off the mountain which is an hour drive and to the ER. Because it was a Saturday they didn't even CALL the orthopedic surgeon they just told her to call them on Monday. Ugh... Thankfully she was able to get in Monday they gave her a better brace (they can't cast it because its so high on her shoulder/arm). She doesn't need surgery yet, thank goodness. It looks like the bones should align nicely. She has a terrible bruise on her left arm the non broken one and the doctor told her on Monday it was a miracle she didn't break both sides! She has been in horrible pain and we all wish we could help her in some way! She is a trooper though!
Monday night my Dads siblings came over to the house for ice-cream. We celebrated Caroline (my niece who turned 10) and my cousins wifes birthday. My brother set off a few fireworks too. Oh and we went bowling in Rexburg. So far this summer has started out rocky.... I mean surgery & a broken shoulder for my mom? NO BUENO! But we are determined to have a better end, even if that means Troy is leaving for a year!

OH NO! Your poor mom! I hope she is able to heal quickly with as little pain as possible! I hope you are feeling better from having your gall bladder out too. Luckily, there are still 2 good solid months of summer left to have fun right!
